Hello Bruin Club Blog readers! My name’s Allison García and I’m the new first-year Snapshots at Brown blogger. This is where you’ll find my (sometimes) sneaky and savagely HQ pics of Brown and the Providence area.

After a slightly chilly Spring Weekend, Provy has finally warmed up again and this is certainly what most students have been waiting for!

After a tiring (but exciting!) Spring Weekend, many students chose to relax at India Point Park.

Those infamous provy smoke stacks on the river.

It’s located near the cutest street in the world (Wickenden!!), and it’s where the Seekonk River meets the Providence River. 10/10 view. Would highly recommend.

While the Main Green is getting cleaned up, this spot drew some of the students looking to unwind in the sunshine after 2 days of concerts, and free food everywhere (what a bummer it’s over though).

Also the water has so many jellyfish! They’re pretty fun to watch so be on the lookout for that, fam!

Until the next adventure!

-Allison García

P.S. If you know a cool place on campus that deserves the spotlight, or just want to talk about how amazing Brown is, send an email to allison_garcia@brown.edu!
